Do I need an account?: No. 337 works fully offline and tracks all of your time locally on your Mac. An account is only needed if you want optional cloud sync.
How does cloud sync work?: Open Settings and sign in with Apple. Your sessions, goals, tags, and habits then sync securely across your Macs. Sync is entirely optional and off until you sign in.
How do I back up or export my data?: In Settings you can export your data at any time, and choose a folder where the app saves automatic dated backups. Backups are plain JSON files you fully control.
How do I delete my account and synced data?: Open Settings, go to the sync section, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your synced data from our servers. Your local data stays on your Mac unless you remove the app.
Where is my data stored?: On your Mac by default. If you sign in, a copy is synced to our secure cloud backend so it is available on your other devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.
